Our entire organization uses Concur Travel and Expense to track all personal expenses, specifically mileage. This platform allows us to track and reimburse costs in one convenient location quickly. The mileage calculator is specifically helpful in calculating exact mileage, while also being able to deduct commute/personal mileage.
Pros
- User-friendly interface.
- Flexibility in customization and choosing expense options.
Cons
- Readjusting destination points in the mileage calculator doesn't work.
- Occasional glitch when starting a new expense report.
- Time saving.
- Faster employee reimbursement processes.
- Concur Travel and Expense
Previously we submitted expenses manually, so this is a much better and more efficient way to track expenses and reimburse employees.
Faster mileage and expense reimbursements, more natural communication from top to bottom in regards to expense reimbursements, and overall a more straightforward and more user-friendly interface for employees to use.
I think it has taken away a lot of worry about submitting expenses accurately. Employees trust in this system and that they'll get reimbursed quickly and correctly.
