Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is currently being used across the whole organization and it helps all departments to organize all expenses, travel-related or not. It's a universal tool to bring speed and efficiency when employees need to expense anything, no matter where they sit in the globe or within the company.
- ExpenseIt feature - Image capture that reads the receipt and fills the files automatically.
- Uber Integration - Integration between the Business Uber profile that goes directly to to Concur as an expense.
- Fixed exchange rate for some integrations, such as Uber.
- The process of uploading individual receipts could be faster and more stable.
- It saves a lot of time on doing expenses.
- The employee reimbursement process is really fast.
I have used self-made Excel sheets for expense reports and Concur Expense is much better. And instead of Concur Travel we used an email address to request flights and hotels. This was also a lot less efficient than currently using Concur Travel. So, comparing to self-made and nonprofessional tools, Concur Travel and Expense is working perfectly as a more efficient substitute.
The only integration that I use is between Concur Travel and Expense and Uber Business. It works fairly well and it saves a lot of time, but the exchange rate for this kind of expense is fixed, generating some dispensable emails between the employee and the expense team. If that could be fixed, it would be a lot better.
The ExpenseIt feature and the integration with Uber really saves time, allowing employees to have more time to actually work on important things.
Concur Travel and Expense made it easy for managers to approve and double-check travel requests and expense reports from different employees with different positions and functions. And it also made it easier for employees to see all the available options for travel, including a wide range of flights and hotels, so they can choose something that actually fits their needs.
