Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Travel and Expense is used in the organization to create personal expense reports and book travel arrangements under the company accounts. It is being used across all the whole organization for people who travel or need to create expense reports often. It manages expenses all under one database instead of having to fill out manual forms. It's great to have when needing to analyze expenses at the end of each month.

In addition to the travel and expense module, we currently use it for creating purchase orders, pay invoices, and approve them. SAP does a good job of reporting the data when needed.

  • Needs ability to place standing orders in purchase requests.
  • Needs ability to view all pending requests from users that isn't the approver.
  • Maybe issue a PO number to pending requests as a pending number.
  • Saves time to book travel since it's all in one under Concur.
  • Don't need to manually create expense reports and keep track of all loose receipts.
  • Easy data mining for financial audits.
  • Easy approval process for managers.
Concur (SAP) integrates with all other SAP modules. Concur's reporting abilities are excellent. For large companies that have frequent users who travel and needs to create expense reports, it makes it easy on the finance side to collect the data and audit the finances at the end of the month. It's similar to Egencia, but it comes down to preference. Concur's app is reliable.
Concur was integrated with SAP ERP system. SAP database makes everything easy to manage and easy [to] create required reports for auditing and data mining. Exporting data into Excel is very simple. Monthly report-outs are pretty much automated after integrating with SAP ERP system. I would recommend SAP Cloud ERP if using Concur.
Everything has been changing to a paperless world. Concur Travel and Expense helped the organization get rid of filling out paper forms for expenses, collecting loose receipts for proof, and routing paper copies for approval (which can get lost). Concur Travel and Expense keeps it all on the cloud - it's reliable, saves everything, backs up, can download data easily, easy to report, find history, etc.
I would 100% recommend Concur Travel and Expense. It benefited every company I've been employed in that uses Concur Travel and Expense. Saves me and all my coworkers time in creating expense reports and booking travel. It's nice that it's linked to a corporate account and automatically triggers managers for approvals.
It's nice to have everything under one program (SAP) and have it all integrated throughout the organizations. It's well suited for frequent travelers so they don't need to keep receipts. The user is able to snap pictures and store them on the server. The travel booking is easy to use and links to company account for approvals. You can even add your own travel number for points.
