Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
The entire organization uses Concur for travel and expense.
- Great mobile app.
- Ability to scan receipts on the fly (while on the road).
- Good tie in for personal/business trips.
- Some of the fields are required, but awkward.
- Freeform inputs would be better as dropdowns for accounting purposes.
- Saved employee time.
- Centralized use for all departments.
- Quickly approved and routed, all in one system.
- Nexonia and by Emburse
Concur was chosen by my company, but I prefer it to the Nexonia used at my prior company. Concur has a much better mobile integration, ease of use, great receipt scanning on the fly (from mobile) that helps me avoid the dreaded receipt pile at the end of a long trip.
I'm not sure what's integrated on the back end.
We are a SaaS company and as Concur operates the same way, it fits our company profile of innovation.
The ease of use has minimized training time for employees (new and existing). The approval routing has increased efficiency for supervisors and accounting. Overall it's been a great supporting tool for our organization.
