Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

A great tool to handle book business trips through, handle travel expenses and add colleagues for business trips, etc. It's used across the organization together with other SAP products giving a great overview of business travels and expenses. It's giving us one portal to handle all travel planning and making sure that the organization can report on our traveling.

I haven't been a part of integrating the tool but I can refer to Workbook in terms of expenses. Workbook is bulky and clumsy in terms of uploading receipts and is not the most reliable tool as updates are not checked properly resulting in downtime and new unannounced features. Concur Travel and Expense is much more user friendly.
ERP Infor LN is being used in our organization, however, Concur Travel and Expense are standing alone working together with Concur Invoice. Concur Travel and Expense has made sure that we have accomplished a streamlined environment where everyone knows how and when to use the tool. From an, IT point of view Concur has been setup with SSO and is working very well.
The organization I'm working for has managed to create a streamlined environment where you can easily add colleagues when traveling for business. The expenses are handled smoothly and receipts can be easily uploaded via the app making sure you don't have to carry 100 receipts. In general making sure any employee will save time when traveling.
Concur Travel and Expense have made sure that all users have a portal for booking and managing business travels with a user-friendly interface making sure all users get an easy stress-free experience when booking a trip for business and handling the expenses resulting in time saved for the employee, manager, and administration. The admin part of it is pretty straight forward and user administration can be done by the most.
Concur Travel and Expense is, in general, a great tool for what it is made for like booking and managing business trips, reporting expenses, and have an overview of your colleague's travel plans. It makes the tool well suited for larger companies with different subsidiaries as the offices can be submitted and favorites added to the portal. I'm not sure smaller companies would get much value but it definitely gives value if you have several offices around the world.
