Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur is used across our entire organization. It was easy for us to roll out to the whole company for remote work related expenses that were not an issue prior to March. Prior to COVID, Concur was used by Department Heads, IT and Sales. It has been an easy adoption.

  • Alerting if forgot to create an expense.
  • Reminders that expenses are due by.
  • Time saved creating employee expense reports.
  • Faster reimbursement process.
  • Time saved for follow-ups needed manager approval.
Was easier for us to deploy and integrate with Concur. Concur has a long standing reputation and many of our employees were already familiar with using.
We have explored integration with Adaptive for reporting needs. Our ERP is not very flexible and utilizes older technology. It can only read flat files.
It has helped us evolve. Accounting and HR are not so tied up with expenses and can focus on larger objectives. They are not tied up with a bunch of expense nuisances. Creating expenses for the sales and executive team is less daunting. They are able to focus their energy on growth rather than mundane tasks.
It is easy to manage and easy to use. This has been a win-win and time saver and our company.
Little set-up on from IT. We are able to have accounting and HR manage Concur with very little involvement. Provides email notification when report is submitted, approved and paid. It has worked well to reimburse our employees that would otherwise not need to submit any expense reports. It would be nice others could create a standing expense report for all employees.
