Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use Concur for tracking all expenses budgeted and not budgeted for business use. Yes, everyone uses it within the company. The only issues we have are delays in reporting. We import it into our accounting software and sometimes there is an issue. We get it resolved but the slowness might be a bigger program update issue than user error.

Zoho is a program I have worked with in a prior job, I didn't have any say for choosing Concur but side by side I like it better. I think Concur is earlier to use and go through the approval processes. You don't want your approvals to get 'stuck' which I have seen before and its a pain for employee reimbursement payout.
We use an Oracle built program called The Bridge, this is where the concur data is imported into. We can literally bridge the other programs we use for tracking business data together. I think being able to use Concur into the bridge is handy for tracking data in multiple directions.
Yes, as we change to adapt to current world situations we are still able to carry on and create efficient solutions. Being able to use programs from home or mobile are important for us to complete expense tracking to date.
I think there is plenty of benefit for using Concur. There are updates and special changes you can make based on your company's needs. It doesn't matter if you use it all the time or sparingly. We have found many uses for it as we continue to grow as a company and need a better system to handle our high demand.
Concur Travel and Expense is well suited for daily expenses and receipt upload, easy to use.

On the flip side, there can be some complex situations if the vendor is not properly set up to bill.
