Concur [Travel and Expense] is being used across my entire organization.
Concur is the standard tool our company requires employees use to book business travel- flight, hotel lodging, and car rentals.
Concur gives our company an easy to use tool that reduces the amount of time current administrative staff needs to devote to helping employees book conference/ convention, trade-show, office-to-office, and customer visit travel etc...
It also helps reduce the need for our company to hire travel agents or additional staff devoted to scheduling business trips.

In many organizations, Concur is deemed the standard travel and expense reporting tool for employees to use for booking business travel- flight, hotel lodging, and car rentals.
Using Concur doesn't require a lot of training or have a huge learning curve, it is an easier tool to use vs. other travel and expense reporting tools available in the market.

This integration looks to be seamless on the front-end, but most likely requires some back-end work, albeit known to the end-users which is a good thing.
It's safe to say SAP has other integrations with its various other software tools that I'm just not aware of or have experience with.

Concur [Travel and Expense] is being used across my entire organization yet its biggest impact is in the reduction and elimination of requiring the company to hire or contract with another company to handle travel scheduling and/ or expense reporting, both very vital in industries and firms like mine where employees are required to travel 25%-75% of the time in order to perform the duties of their jobs.
Those duties can include meeting with customers, attending industry trade-shows, having face-to-face meetings with potential new clients etc...
