Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use [Concur Travel and Expense] for submitting and approving expense reports within our company. It's also used for booking travel, however my position does not travel so I don't have experience with that particular element. It's used across the entire organization.

Pros

  • Integrations with other commonly used applications is nice

Cons

  • User interface while submitting reports is not very clear. I believe that it needs to be over hauled
  • Integration with our CRM would be nice
  • Bulk Update functionality would be appreciated
  • It's easy for us to log expenses, even if it's a little confusing
  • The confusing layout costs us time that could be better spent elsewhere
Concur [Travel and Expense] was evaluated and purchased before I began my current position.
We have Inacct connected to Concur, and use expense connect to integrate the systems.
I'm not sure that I'd say that our organization has grown because of Concur [Travel and Expense].
When there has been an outage or an issue that required us to get in touch with customer support for Concur the follow up has been effective, and relatively quick.
[Concur Travel and Expense] is managed by another person on our team, so my experience with it is largely as an end user. I think that it does it's simple tasks well, but it lacks bulk update functionality and their analytic reporting could use work.
