Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur for all of our expense reporting and for travel booking and trip planning. As an international organization, we have significant travel needs. And it's also a snap for billing and expense reporting.
- Expense reporting and billing.
- Easy travel booking.
- Itinerary creation.
- Hotel booking is a little more challenging than flight booking.
- Flight options aren't always time zone friendly.
- It's made expense reporting more efficient.
- It cuts out the need for an expensive travel agency service.
I haven't used other products. However, I find Concur to be easier to use and my preferred alternative to using a travel agency for booking travel. Agencies put very little thought or care into the traveler experience. By using my own tool, I have better control over the choices that suit my tastes.
The travel booking solutions make it easy for us to book travel without the need of an expensive agency, and the expense reporting creates real-time approvals and efficiencies in our accounting department.
Expense reporting creates a significant administrative burden in time and resources, but Concur's efficiencies make expense reporting less burdensome for our admin, increasing our capacity to apply those admin time and resources to more pressing priorities.
