Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense captures company card transactions, travel booking, and expense management. UI could be more friendly to transform expenses to the report submission quickly. Also, the usability of submitting reports could be improved with newer UIs from SAP Fiori. Travel is booked inside Concur Travel and Expense, but still, there is a need to attach itinerary and other info related when you submit a report from the travel booking. This could be improved.
