Concur Travel and Expense has been an effective and helpful travel & expense management tool

I use Concur Travel and Expense to account for booking and accounting for travel and expense charges while I travel for the company. Previous expense management processes were very manually intensive and also had a previous generation GUI look and feel. Concur Travel and Expense allows us to track corporate card charges, automatically integrates and matches certain expenses with partners, and provides an intuitive interface to create and submit expense reports effectively. We also need the ability to review, reject, and approve these reports.

We use SAP to integrate with Concur Travel and Expense. We can tightly integrate Concur Travel and Expense with SAP so that our required master data, including employee information, is always up to date. Tight integration allows us to have up-to-the-minute data that is valid and appropriate for each expense report.

Before Concur Travel and Expense, our employees used a manually intensive travel and expense software application. It was very cumbersome and time-consuming to use. Concur Travel and Expense helped alleviate those issues. With their constant improvements, they have made it much simpler to enter our expenses, manage receipts, submit expense reports, and approve/reject based on specific criteria.

Concur Travel and Expense has made travel and expense booking and accounting much more straightforward and streamlined. The entire company can go to one place to handle their travel and expense needs. I can search across multiple airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies - all in one place. Support is very helpful when needed.
