Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
One-stop shop for travel for hotels, airlines, and car booking. Also allows the ease of claims for all approved vendors and stops any purchases over budget.
- Searching airlines in budget.
- Search parameters are very detailed like selecting time of flights and budgets is easy.
- All expenses can be imported into the claim automatically.
- The booking of hotels where the option of confirmation of a hotel is confusing with multiple screens having similar consents makes it a problem, I had to lose a hotel booking with that confusion.
- Simplify the final confirmation pages.
- If a search is held due to non-confirmation, an email reminder and a message reminder of the phone should be an easy way to resolve struck bookings instead of canceling a booking.
- Easy claim process
- Credit card usage for business scenarios can be easily imported into a claim.
- Faster reimbursement.
- Small-denomination purchases like water and tea when done with a company card are easy to claim without bill.
- Classification of vendors can be improved.

It helps the process of claim easier, small expenses which are smaller denominations are easy to claim with a company card and need not collect all bills below $5.
