Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use Concur to expense meals and travel for business purposes. The business problems that the product addresses is organization of expenses per staff member and proof of purchase.

I haven't used anything other than Concur.
There has been no other software used.
Yes, I think the feature of explaining who else was attributed to the expenses has been helpful within my organization.
Yes it has, it allows supervisors to review and approve expense reports before going to our finance dept.

It is well suited for business trips because you can put travel expenses and meals all in one report. It is less suited for longer business trips with many receipts to upload.
