Concur is used as an expense solution. It allows me and my company to manage and claim for incurred expenses in an organised manner.

It was felt that services offered by concur were more useful and effective.

concur offers a better overall solution.
SAP ECC - this has allowed the team to pull relevant data (e.g. corporate expense information) into Concur and post entries back into SAP for accounting and reporting purposes.
The mobile app feature with an integrated OCR has been a very useful addition.

It allows me to capture expenses on the go and then process them easily later on.
It has helped users move from manual expense submissions and receipt posting to an automated way of working.

I am able to take pictures of my receipts and save them within the app to be used later, which I find hugely useful in a world where I am constantly on the move.
