Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

We have just recently started using Conductor in the Analytics Department of Organic Search. The entire Organic Search team uses Conductor. We are still going through training sessions with our contact and he is helping us load thousands of thousands of keywords into the database right now so we can start collecting data.

Pros

  • The customer support is impeccable. Our resources are always available and willing to help.
  • The "?" icon is a HUGE help. You can instantly chat with a representative.
  • The workspaces of Conductor are clean and easy to evaluate and read.

Cons

  • Because Conductor is newer and evolving, sometimes graphs take a little longer to load or don't load successfully the first time.
  • We are still in the infant stages of using Conductor but we anticipate to use the data in our monthly scorecards
The customer support at Conductor is wonderful, in my opinion, it cannot be beat.
The team I am on is very new to using Conductor, so we haven't had much of a chance to drive really deep into the data it has pulled just yet, but we are excited to see what valuable information is waiting for us.
