Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Conductor is used by our Technical Marketing team. We use the platform to analyze how our content pages are performing across our website. We use the data from Conductor to make sure that our pages are resulting in conversions, and to see how our pages perform against others.
- Performance indicators of content by page.
- Keyword movement across segments and categories.
- Category Comparison - how segments of our product are performing against others.
- It would be ideal to see data in a more granular way with one click.
- Setting up dashboards can be daunting . Also, why not have conductor open up to the last viewed dashboard? It is frustrating to hunt-and-peck to find the dashboard I want.
- Adding and removing keywords is too difficult.
- Very positive. We have been able to move the needle in areas where performance is not in line with other products, due to the platform's view of page performance based on keywords.
- We have been able to A/B test on-page text using conductor - we monitor keyword movement for those pages and adjust accordingly.

Conductor gives the ability to view thousands of keywords across multiple pages. SEMRush does not allow you to categorize keywords or competitors - it is very basic tracking. When you are tracking hundreds of pages, you need a platform that will show you details of performance for keywords on all of them.
