Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Providing targeted keyword rankings to our customers.

Pros

  • Keyword reports- this is a simple and concise visual for our customers to determine where they fall in the market share for their service.
  • Support- several opportunities to ask for help.

Cons

  • Bulk reports sent in one email
  • More structured platform training
  • Great visual insight for our customers to check the progress of their online traffic and site performance
  • Allowed the team to find easy opportunities for site improvements
Great support in the platform as well as customer service with account managers.
We have only used Conductor since I have been on the team.
It is a more useful tool for individuals that are dealing with SEO on a daily basis. It is not something I would recommend for a person with a broader marketing role.

Using Conductor Searchlight

The only suggestion I would make is to look into the different variables that may make it difficult for a client with hundreds of locations to be able to use conductor and gather data in bulk.

    Thank you for this review. Your ideas around better bulk location and email management are great and we've recently rolled out some solutions via the FlexHub. FlexHub creates amazing and highly customizable reports that enable you to see your data in a lot of new ways and one specific use case is around global roll-up views. Our customers with a lot of locations are loving it. For the email piece: we're making that experience easier overall but it may not be exactly what you're looking for.
