Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is used primarily by our SEO and content teams. It helps us keep a stronghold on market share, as well as anticipate the needs of our customers. It has helped us increase visibility and give our customers the information they're looking for to make the best purchase decision.

Pros

  • Easy-to-use user interface allows us to view crucial metrics at a glance.
  • Conductor provides the right combination of insight metrics (including visibility and performance) that we need to help our customers convert.
  • Friendly support from the Conductor team.

Cons

  • I'd like to see more insight into the product details page. There is currently a great deal of performance information for buying guides, and it's enough to help us form our product page content strategy, but it would be helpful if more PDP information existed.
  • Allowed us to allocate our in-house resources where they will be used to their highest potential
  • Increased reporting efficiency
Conductor has a very friendly support team. They go above and beyond to answer any questions and ensure the user experience is positive. They are flexible and professional.
Conductor provides more personalized information and is significantly easier to use and navigate on a team and individual level.
Very well-suited for companies looking to increase visibility and market share, who have the resources and tools on their end to create and execute content strategies.

    Thanks for the review, Robyne! I particularly loved hearing that you're effectively getting your SEO and Content Teams working together. This isn't always easy, especially at a large company like Overstock. For your suggestion of getting more insight into product detail pages, we have some releases coming that may help. While I don't know if it will have the specific data you're seeking, the upcoming Content Launchpad will be pulling in a wealth of new data that will show how the content was edited, promoted, and is performing over time periods and in aggregate.
