Conductor is leveraged for execution and use primarily by digital capabilities, IT, marketing, and product teams. The data and insights are leveraged enterprise-wide to inform the customer journey and personas, prospect interests and needs, promotion impact, and application funnel stickiness. CSL is also insightful for new/incremental interests, needs, and new products. Conductor easily integrates with platforms to gather your organic search data to help magnify and raise up insights for easy-to-see and easy-to-execute incremental growth opportunities. Conductor eliminates the mystery of organic search visits, neutralizes the need for SEO expertise, and delivers the what, when, who, why, and how of organic search visits. Conductor backs up their product with excellent customer service, a thorough and easy to use knowledgebase, engaging training sessions and resources, and a rapid response issue ticket system.

CSL is a tremendous advocate for its customers. CSL immediately listens and learns what's important to each and every customer, then delivers a customized/personalized solution, all with expertise and a drive to satisfy the customer beyond expectations. CSL is also very responsive and expert with issues raised, tracked, and responses. We love our collaboration and working relationship with CSL.
We tried SEMRush for a year. The experience is a mashup of noise and chaos with limited ease-of-use. Moz was the bomb-diggity but was limited in how we could collaborate and plan. BrightEdge was a grease fire. It's based on a legacy concept of what to optimize for increasing rankings. It also killed the excitement around content creation.
