Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Currently, we use Conga to provide our client's reports like improvement plans and transcripts that pulls information from a variety of objects within Salesforce. We have created buttons for our internal users to be able to pull the information quickly. We use it for queries that then pull into reports. The format of the reports can be created with branding and a nicer feel than Salesforce provides.

Between the customer service and educating the admin to be more effective, we love Conga and all that it stands for. They are a fun exciting organization and treat their customers very highly. I know when I call, even though they have many clients, they make me feel heard and are very responsive. They are wonderful troubleshooters that really help guide your needs.
