Conga Composer lets us create quotes, contracts and other documents for our accounts with templates that automatically input information from Salesforce into the documents. It is a huge time saver for our sales and office team.

It is difficult to get started with Conga Composer since you need to understand the relationships and fields available to weave into the documents. Mastering how to use the Conga Solutions takes some time.
We can now send electronic reports, contracts and quotes within a few minutes and we don't need to do any double entry between worksheets/documents and our system.

Conga Composer is great if you are using Salesforce and would like to automatically generate templated documents. It is less appropriate if you are not using Salesforce or if you have extremely custom document needs from client to client.
