Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we use conga for License agreement documents and revision documents generations that is a legal document used for customers to sign of the leasing contracts

Pros and Cons

Document generation

better documentation with more examples are lacking
Better support from Conga team
no alerts received if there is some Conga outage

Return on Investment

Initial features are fine with conga but if there are some more extra features, i find limitations

Ease of Use

if the implementation is done correctly , the users don't have much issues unless cases where there is outage and there is no email from Conga saying if there is an issue

Automated Workflow

it has made the legal document simple for users to see their booking
