Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are using it in our support team to connect and support our customers. The main problems are getting control on our systems in order to collect logs and sometimes install patches.
Pros
- ConnectWise is an easy to understand tool which you can just start using it in a minute
- ConnectWise has great features that makes your support job simple and professional at the same time
- ConnectWise has a great deployment mechanism
Cons
- Currently I don't see any room for improvement
- Since ConnectWise was implemented in our company, support became much faster and efficient
- ConnectWise gave us a solution in terms of training
We previously used TeamViewer. It was very expensive and not secure. ConnectWise is much cheaper and has great security.
