Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

All of our consultants and support staff use it regularly to help our customers understand how best to use our software as well as to assist in problem solving or error handling.

Pros

  • Ability to pass control back and forth between the host user and our support staff
  • Ability to copy files to and from the customer's system as required
  • Ability to hold meetings in order to share our screen for training purposes

Cons

  • The download process can confuse some users.
  • Ease of use and management of the solution compared to our old solution
It is great for customer support of any aspect of computer use or technical support.
