Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I currently have 10 machines that I connect to remotely on a break/fix basis. Having this tool allows me to connect from anywhere and not have to drive to their office.

  • Easy to use
  • Easy to install
  • Easy to manage

Cons

  • None
  • Increased efficiency for me through support for multiple sessions
The program was bundled with Manage.
Tool is great for offices that are not within driving distance
