ConnectWise is worth it
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are currently using ConnectWise for ticketing, work orders, and networking.
- It helps us remote into users machines quickly.
- It helps us monitor our clients.
- It works really well and we do not think it needs improvement.
- It has helped us gain more clients and easily monitor their networks and problems. The cost has been offset by helping us with monitoring multiple customers at once.
There are more options with ConnectWise. We can run multiple tasks while using it compared with their competition.
