Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I have used most other products on the market to support my customers. I have not found anything that comes close to the feature set and stability at this price. I could not be happier about using ConnectWise and recommend it to all my peers. One of the great things about the software, is the dev team is always updating and adding new features by listening to their customers. A++

- Fast and stable platform
- Great feature set
- More CLI features that can be automated
- API framework
- Faster response to customers issues because of the lightweight client on older machines
- Love the cross platform support
I have tried most all other competitors and nothing comes close to the value ConnectWise delivers. With the automated AD deployment and grouping, this product just works!
