Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

As an outbound seller, I can send prospeccts demos using Consensus. When the prospects views the demos, I can have visibility on when they rewind, how many times they watch.
As an inbound seller, I can quickly send demos to existing clients walking them through their issue with demo when an email or phone call just will not work.

  • Ability to track what clients view
  • functionality and easy to use

Cons

  • I do not have any real issues
  • I am able to close deals faster
I am giving this rating because how easy it is to use the tool with the gmail integration. No issues.

I had a client that was interested in one of our upgraded features and meeting times were so difficult to set up do to PTO. I was able to use Consensus to send a demo to the client and deal ended up closing sooner than waiting for client to get back from PTO
