Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Consensus to reach out to new potential customers in my outreach process. I use it after doing cold outreach, to give prospects context for what I am reaching out about. I find that I have much higher conversions when using Consensus than when not. It really helps showcase our value to prospects right off the bat.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Demos are easy to send
Tracking features are great
I can send demos off to one person in the org and then they can forward it off to other stakeholders easily

Cons

The UI isn't super clean
I have a hard time navigating the menu
I wish it ranked the top used demos in my company in a way that was a little easier to understand and access

Usability

I think it is pretty easy to use, but the UI is not as straightforward as I would like. Also when the UI was updated recently I didn't know where certain old features lived. But overall I really like using it and it has been effective for me and my team members.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is very well suited for cold outreach. Oftentimes, if I have gotten a prospect on the phone but they don't have time to talk, I will send them a Consensus demo and they will check it out on their own time and it will convert to a first meeting. I have also seen it effective to send to prospects as an easy way for them to socialize what we do. Where it is less appropriate is later down the sales funnel when we've already begun to demo.
