Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM

We use the forms, automations, lists and emails mostly. We automate processes and sequences of emails so we don't need to do manual work. We also use the media center to track how many opens and views they received. We have used integrations in the past to also add contacts and launch campaigns.

This tool is really useful to get marketing automation solutions: you get all in one marketing and CRM making it unnecessary to get additional tools (avoiding integrations and confusion between systems). The fact that the pricing is more straightforward then other tools is good to be able to have more predictability. I wish they would improve the reporting, which has little variable changes. They also removed the ads feature which was helpful.
Constant Contact is a good tool if you want most of Hubspot's features at a much lower price. It gives you a more predictable number as well as most of the features. It also has the benefits of having other items that regular email marketing systems don't have. While there are things that I feel the system should improve, this is a great system for small and medium companies that are budget-conscious.

I find that this is a good and predictable tool for small and medium companies that want to have regular communications with leads and clients. It helps automate processes and create quick sequences where other tools might be more expensive or have further complexities. Reporting is a negative aspect in the tool since it gets pretty limited.
