Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

My overall experience with Contractor Foreman was good. It ended up not being the solution to our unique situation, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the software.

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • Scheduling
  • Time Tracking

Cons

  • Documents had to be uploaded one by one
  • Hard to impossible to organize docs once uploaded
  • No option to upload or delete batches
  • It helped keep our team on schedule across multiple projects
  • It helped us to have a single source for project details
  • Allowed us to work remotely when necessary

Pros: Customer service is the best thing about this service. They are always responsive, polite, and helpful. They are always available and willing to help and will make any changes possible to ensure their software is meeting customers' needs.

Cons: Document management was my least favorite. Uploading was clunky, organizing was impossible, and there was no option to batch delete.
