Overall Satisfaction with Copper

When your team is more focused on getting work done than obsessing over “the funnel,” this is a solid CRM. Copper is especially strong if your team lives in Google Workspace and your business development process doesn’t hinge on long, complex customer journeys. It’s lean and practical, but you won’t find all the bells and whistles that come with HubSpot—or the deep support and enterprise-grade experience you’d get with Salesforce. We’ve been on Copper for three years and have renewed, which says a lot. That said, the ugly user interface and terrible Mailchimp integration are still major drawbacks.

Pros

  • G-Suite Connectivity
  • Set it and forget it data capture
  • Automated Email Templates

Cons

  • Ugly interface
  • Poor Mailchimp Integration
  • Integrated data enrichment tools
  • Our organization has built a much larger database
  • We are able to communicate more frequently with prospects
  • We can track previous prospects, search and sort
It's perfectly usable.'

Do you think Copper delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Copper's feature set?

Yes

Did Copper live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Copper go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Copper again?

Yes

Copper is a great fit for small B2B teams—think two to five salespeople and a single marketing lead—where simplicity and focus matter more than complexity. In that environment, it really shines. I would not, however, recommend Copper for larger enterprises, where trust, transparency, and layered reporting are more critical. And it’s certainly not built for B2C companies, which typically require far more automation and customer-journey tooling than Copper provides.
