Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I use Copper to keep all of my customer interactions visible and in one place. This product integrates directly with Gmail eliminating me from manually associating any email interactions with a customer. Before I used Copper I tracked my sales activity in spreadsheets and calendars. Using Copper has reduced the time I previously spent manually managing these interactions by 95%.
Pros
- Integrates with Gmail
- Integrates with Linkedin
- Provides an easy configurable Interface for contact categories.
- Provides many of the same functions as very expensive CRM's but easy to use and set up.
Cons
- Better tracking of opened emails. If I send an email to multiple contacts, Copper reports the email was opened by a user but not who opened it.
- Integrate contact syncing across platforms. I use a 3rd party app to sync all of contacts across multiple Gmail accounts, outlook, and Copper. (Sync Penguin)
- Cooper enables me to work more efficiently, thus make more sales.
I find Sales Force to be way more complex than my needs. Sales Force is difficult to configure, It is expensive, and not user friendly. I currently use both products daily.
