Overall Satisfaction with Copper

I use Copper for CRM for tracking all communication with prospects, clients, network contacts, investors, partners, and more. I also use it for sales opportunity tracking and for creating and managing tasks for next steps for sales prospects and for next steps with clients as well. We use it across the organization.

Pros

  • Email syncing to people
  • Ease of use
  • Pricing

Cons

  • Can't have one person assigned to multiple companies
  • Sometimes confusing layers of opportunities and companies
  • Gmail integration needs to be refreshed sometimes
  • made it easier to track prospects and not have them fall through the cracks
Usable well but search isn't the best on it and sometimes hard to track where logged something if to a company but not its opportunity assigned to the company, and that a person can't be assigned to multiple companies, not a great way to have a person's past communication assigned to a certain company they used to work at but future communication at their new company.

Yes

Would you buy Copper again?

Yes

It's well suited for a company that needs a CRM in order to track its relationships but doesn't need a crazy big outbound strategy built into it as well.
