Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I use Copper for CRM for tracking all communication with prospects, clients, network contacts, investors, partners, and more. I also use it for sales opportunity tracking and for creating and managing tasks for next steps for sales prospects and for next steps with clients as well. We use it across the organization.

- Sometimes confusing layers of opportunities and companies
- Gmail integration needs to be refreshed sometimes
- made it easier to track prospects and not have them fall through the cracks
