Overall Satisfaction with Copper

I have used Copper for over 5 years. I find it valuable for tracking the activity of my business. I use it a lot for sending out group emails. A feature that is really valuable for me is that I am able to tag prospects so I can put them in groups for communication purposes. The ability to craft templates for campaigns is also extremely valuable.

  • I get confused with the different views on the main page
  • I am able to organize my tasks that allows me to follow-up in a timely manner, which is imperative for growing my business.
It has assisted me in building my business. I use it every day all day.
