Overall Satisfaction with Copper
Copper is used as our main method of tracking and logging contacts with leads. This includes tracking email campaigns through integrations of third party apps and includes also functionalities based on self-written scripts using Copper's API integration functionality for automation purposes.
Pros
- Organization
- Ease of Use
- Consistency
Cons
- Auto-Enrichment limitations (forcibly done, not given to us as an option that can be turned on or off, quite difficult when we know that it auto fills locations incorrectly quite often and location is very important to our data).
- Allowing LinkedIn URL to be inputted via API integration (external) script's usage of JSON type person data payloads. We have a CSV file of linkedin accounts and want to map them but cannot automate it because of this limitation.
- Mostly just flexibility for automation purposes. We handle tens of thousands of leads and having to manually do certain items without the possiblity of utilizing the full potential of automation via the API integration.
- Copper has helped us to be able to organize and filter through thousands of leads at once, and separate those that we've completed business with from the potential future customers.
- Keeping track of interactions has been very helpful. Being able to link with third party apps can be very advantageous if the third party app is supported.
