Overall Satisfaction with Core HR

This tool is used to track and maintain all the data related to the employees of the company. We can see our all details here like salary statement, payroll information(complete breakup of you compensation). We can claim different allowances with this tool and track it as well. We get our form-16 from this tool as well. These are the important things for which we use this tool.
  • Functioning is very easy and very much clear to the new users as well.
  • Detailed payroll structure of your compensation.
  • Salary slip is available for all the previous months as well.
  • Claiming of different allowances like phone bill, internet bill, shift allowance etc are very simple.
  • We can easily track the time and attendance.
  • Sometimes it's difficult to swap WOFF, Regularize, shift change.
  • We can see our all details here like salary statement.
  • Payroll information(complete breakup of you compensation).
  • Claim different allowances with this tool and track it as well.
  • Track your time and attendance here.
  • We can modify the shift plan here and change the WOs but it will go for approval to your manager.
  • The process of changing the WOs, regularization is little difficult.
We were using this toll before CORE HR. and it has many defaults. The main problem was it's time and attendance management. We work in 3 different shifts and this is not mandatory for us to get the weekoffs as Saturday and Sunday but this tool has a default weekoffs for every employee as Saturday and Sunday so the process to change the weekoffs was very challenging as compared to Core HR tool.
