We are using across our organization in part to facilitate a merger. We are using performance, learning, ATS and compensation.

Pros and Cons

End user experience is good. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. It has consistent look and feel across all modules.
Reports and dashboards are easy to create.

Limited out of the box configuration for performance, ATS and compensation modules.
ATS module is not mature.

It has helped our business harmonize cultures following a merger.
It has proved consistent end user experience.

Alternatives Considered

Halogen Software and Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo)

We have used Taleo and Halogen. From an administrator perspective, Cornerstone beats Taleo. Halogen beats Cornerstone. From an end user perspective, Cornerstone beats both.

Cornerstone is well suited for small to large, single branded organizations that want a single integrated talent management solution. The LMS module is the most mature and seems very competitive with other products on the market. The other modules are adequate for most companies' needs. The integration across modules makes it easier for the end user. Integration also provides for clearer management reports.
