Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

It is currently being used by the entire enterprise. This includes all Employees, Contingent Workers, Dealers, Service Partners, etc. We use it for a centralized place for Learning, both compliance and departmental specific training. It is one of our main LMSs used. Being decentralized a bit, there are now other systems that are used in conjunction with Cornerstone OnDemand.

I think there are a lot of benefits of Cornerstone OnDemand versus others. However, there are some things it lacks as well. The administrator function of Cornerstone OnDemand has to do a lot of work to do things in mass. Such as managing users, courses, assignments, completions, etc. I get why they make their interface the way they do, to try and have a better experience, but sometimes just making it straight-up easier to do mass actions, or admin customizability would be nice. We've dealt with some things lacking because as a product in general it seemed better than others we evaluated.
We moved from an on-premise LMS years ago and switched to Cornerstone. Being in the cloud was a much better solution than what we had. It was nice to always stay up to date with the software's latest version, etc. So Cornerstone does well in that aspect. However, it lacks some of the full-fledged Admin functionality/usability that other LMSs have. We had to adapt quite a bit and give up quite a bit in that aspect to gain the benefits of using Cornerstone. It was an adjustment, but we learned to go with it. Having over 100k users in the system, it just sometimes is NOT very easy to perform tasks that you'd think an LMS should do very basically and by default. Probably never an issue for smaller companies using it though.
