Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
It is currently being used by the entire enterprise. This includes all Employees, Contingent Workers, Dealers, Service Partners, etc. We use it for a centralized place for Learning, both compliance and departmental specific training. It is one of our main LMSs used. Being decentralized a bit, there are now other systems that are used in conjunction with Cornerstone OnDemand.

- Better/easier Administration flexibility for large corporation user bases
- Lack of features that cause lines of businesses to acquire other systems since Cornerstone OnDemand can't do it
- Higher completion rates than before
- Easier Admin distribution abilities
- Much better end user experience
I think there are a lot of benefits of Cornerstone OnDemand versus others. However, there are some things it lacks as well. The administrator function of Cornerstone OnDemand has to do a lot of work to do things in mass. Such as managing users, courses, assignments, completions, etc. I get why they make their interface the way they do, to try and have a better experience, but sometimes just making it straight-up easier to do mass actions, or admin customizability would be nice. We've dealt with some things lacking because as a product in general it seemed better than others we evaluated.
