We use Cornerstone to manage our learning, both for compliance and training purposes, and to handle our continuous feedback performance module. Cornerstone is used by all employees at our organization for various reasons, though continuing education is the most popular reason for use. It makes tracking training simple and has streamlined training processes for several of our teams.
- Communicates updates to the system in a timely fashion, giving you ample lead time to make preparations prior to feature introduction or deprecation.
- Has a variety of reporting options ranging from simple to complex to meet various needs.
- Allows for customization in terms of design and usage to address your organization's unique needs.
- Over time, it has become more difficult to get assistance from Cornerstone employees, forcing us to rely more on other clients for feedback rather than Cornerstone itself.
- New functionality is helpful, but it seems like clients could use more hand-holding than Cornerstone sometimes provides.
- It feels like client suggestions are rarely taken into consideration when updating the platform.
