Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone for all of our learning and development as well as performance initiatives. We have many employees out in the field so the mobility of the platform is so important to us. Help us keep up top to date on compliance training as well as employee engagement. We love it and would highly recommend it.

We were able to configure Cornerstone directly to our needs as an organization. Even down to some of the terminology. It was important for us to make Cornerstone feel a part of our already developed learning programs and we were able to achieve exactly that.
In comparison to other platforms, Cornerstone checks all the boxes. They are always looking for ways to improve the platform with the suggestions from their users. It always evolving which is great because the platform is always staying current with trends as well as the content. This really helps us continue to grow our employee engagement.

Using Cornerstone OnDemand

220 - Anywhere from top executive level to manufacturing. Our employees in the field and our desked employees as well. All of our functions use both Cornerstone Leaning and Cornerstone Performance and we have had some great feedback on the platform.
