Overall Satisfaction with Creatio

We use Creatio to keep the history of all client interactions in a single place and automate customer-facing processes. We orchestrate sales process across several sales teams by building custom workflows for every department. The system is configured to guide users through every stage of the sales process. Creatio gives us the possibility to track teams' performance and generate reports based on the aggregated data.

It is a great instrument that helps our company to accelerate business processes. We like it's flexibility and transparency. But there is no limit to perfection - so there are some points [for] growth.
