Overall Satisfaction with Cronycle
My goal is to help individuals and organizations THINK and BE more innovative in everything they do. For me, the key to landing new clients and keeping existing clients engaged and informed is to get and stay on top of the latest news, trends, changes, and key challenges in their industry. This is where Cronycle comes in. I have used it pretty much every single day since first discovering them back in 2014. Their topic discovery is phenomenal for research purposes and I use boards and tags to keep track of a huge volume of information [that] would otherwise have been completely overwhelming. My clients are always amazed at the insights I am able to share about the industry that they are in, particularly when it's not one I have had previous experience of!
- Curating content found anywhere on the Internet is a breeze using the content clipper
- Boards (think "Pinterest for Business" type of concept) is an absolute revelation compared to other products I looked into - adding annotations and the ability to collaborate with a team to comment on entries is fantastic
- Customer support is highly responsive and suggestions for improvements/feature requests are not only welcomed but regularly followed through - the product just keeps on going from strength to strength!
- I honestly can't think of a single thing right now - the product already exceeds all my expectations
- Content feeds and the ability to create my own topic-based feeds from multiple sources
- Boards and the ability to save information to boards so that I only have a single place where everything is curated
- Annotations and the ability to extract information for publication
- Cronycle is my secret superpower (well, it was until now!)
- I have landed and retained clients by wowing them with insights their own teams have not previously provided
- I have aced speaking gigs and secured many more by engaging audiences with insights gained through this tool
For a very long time, I thought that I was searching for a unicorn that didn't exist. I thought my needs were quite simple as I was looking for something where I could go to daily (multiple times a day) to view the latest information from a wide range of sources across a diverse and growing set of topics save (or save a link to) any piece of information I found on the Internet (bonus points if it could also be used on mobile) add annotations/notes for future reference add tags using my own taxonomy and be able to filter the content using those tags share "collections" of information with others who could collaborate by adding their own comments to the information export selected information for publication as a report or newsletter In addition to the 3 products mentioned above, I've also evaluated DEVONthink as a research and content curation tool. Cronycle simply blows them all out of the water in terms of features and usability - in my opinion, there is nothing quite like it on the market and right now, I couldn't live without it.
