Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

CrowdCompass is being used by our event teams across all divisions (5 total) of the company. CrowdCompass is used for both internal and external attendee events which include training session, hospitality events, and information sessions. We are trying to implement more green initiatives and this one one way to reduce needing printed materials on site.

  • Customer Service
  • API integrations
  • Live Chat
  • Increased survey/feedback
  • Higher conference participation (through live polling and app Q&A)
  • Greatly reduced printing costs
CrowdCompass is great for multiple session events, when you have speaker information to share, when you want you attendees to connect with each other live, when you want immediate feedback, when you want to share documents and links, and when you want to cut down on printed materials.

CrowdCompass is not best for a single session event. You wouldn't be able to fully utilize all the great features with such a small program.
