Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

We use CrowdCompass at our annual customer conference to inform/engage our attendees during the event. We use it, along with the integration to Cvent Event Management.
  • Simple setup
  • Simple for the user
  • Relatively modern feel
  • Could improve some integration points with Cvent.
  • Additional customization with certain features.
  • More ways to work with the Support department (can only call or email).
  • We've been able to go paperless at our events (removed printed conference guides, collateral, etc.).
  • Has helped keep attendees engaged through the week.
  • Is a way to highlight sponsors and certain events.
  • Easy to reach out to attendees if needed.
I have not used any other mobile app platforms or even really looked into others.
Overall, it's very easy to set up and works well for us. The issues I have are minor in the grand scheme of things. I wouldn't see us leaving this platform because of the integration to Cvent.
