Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon

We have been using CrowdStrike Falcon a lot to protect our entire environment of servers and workstations against the most diverse threats (from the simplest to the most advanced). We use EDR resources to investigate various types of threats that we have encountered in our environment. We not only use it to detect, but also automatically respond when we have a high-risk or critical detection. In addition, we use the Spotlight module to address all the vulnerabilities we have and with that we can open tickets very easily through the integration of Spotlight with the Jira ticket system.

  • Under Host Management, have a Device Users column.
  • It could have ready-made example Workflows for us to use.
  • The Identity Protection module could support Okta.
  • Reduction in the cost of purchasing another solution for vulnerability analysis
  • Simplicity to operate on the console, we save time and reduce expenses with team training.
  • As it is a modular solution, we can purchase only the modules we need for our company.
With CrowdStrike Falcon Spotlight we eliminate the purchase of another vulnerability analysis solution.We have antivirus and EDR in the same solution.The investigation part of the solution helps with various tools to look for threats. It also helped us to have visibility into vulnerabilities on machines running MacOS, this was a huge step forward as before it was just Microsoft Windows.
We reduce costs.The Global Threat Actors part also helps us to know our adversaries.We have everything centralized in a single console.
More and more CrowdStrike Falcon has been adding new features to the solution and this has added a lot to keeping it in our environment, as we see that there is always some innovation which makes it a differentiator from competitors.

Falcon is a bundle of antivirus solutions designed to block numerous types of attacks, including ransomware, trojans and other types of malware, from the most basic to the most advanced. The solution leverages a global network of threat intelligence and technology for immediate response to attacks. In addition, it is composed of a single agent, which is also a great advantage.

I believe that CrowdStrike Falcon is suitable for any size of company, as it is a very robust and simple solution to work with. There is no need to have a high-level team, anyone with basic security knowledge can handle the solution.Perhaps the value of the solution is a little higher than the competitors, but this also justifies the efficiency of the tool and the leadership achieved.
