Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection
We used Falcon Crowd Strike as a competitor to Sophos when looking for replacements, it was so extremely sophisticated and advance it was a major competitor. It was going to be used by the whole of the group across 3 sites in the uk to be our main form of AV. It helps us become more cyber secure.
- Zero Day Protection
- Management Portal
- Support Given by crowdstrike
- Cost point was too high
- Deployment couldn't uninstall sophos as part of the installation
- Some times a bit complicated to get your head round
- Reduced our Cyber Risk
- Single pain of glass management meant that we had more time to do other things
- Light Weight Agent meaning replacement hardware wasn't needed.
Panda and Crowd Strike were two products that blew me away when looking for a replacement for Sophos one we had the renewal quote. Crowdstrike handled Zero day malware amazingly. The only problem we had was the price point at the time, functionality was pretty much the same but Crowd Strike at the time was focused on the anti malware side of thing Panda had a little bit more flexibility for us as a business. I would not turn away from Crowdstrike again and will look at it when we are due for renewal again.
We used a free trial of crowdstrike its machine learning capabilities are amazing and it learns quite quick the trial was a success but was let down by price point to competitors. The technical team I dealt with as part of the trial was amazing and they can't help you enough.
We heard about Crowdstrike from one of our IT suppliers, when we was looking at a replacement for Sophos.
