Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We currently use Cvent to design websites for events and conferences hosted by my organization, as well as for clients hosting in our event space. We mostly use this in-house for our department since we are new users, but intend to one day use it more for the latter mentioned reason.
  • They have an incredible customer service database.
  • The website build is fairly user-friendly.
  • There are quite a few reporting options that are very useful.
  • The process of using the conference builder takes a minute to learn.
  • It can be costly for smaller organizations.
  • This has helped my organization have more professional looking websites.

There is a wealth of knowledge online for users. There are videos, blogs, forums, chats, and even a program where you can earn prizes for learning the system better. I am always able to find an answer or request an answer for any information that is needed. It is rare for me to feel so supported!
