Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

I managed attendee registration for a number of programs at a time. Cvent Event Management has made it possible to organize all of these requests. It makes it much easier for the attendee, the manager (myself), and the clients we work with. I've had to manually collect this information before - Cvent Event Management definitely saves time and frustration.

I've found great success in using Cvent Event Management to collect registration information for upcoming events and meetings. If you are collecting attendance for another larger event, it may cause confusion for the attendee to register in Cvent Event Management, and then (sometimes) they have to go and register in the overall event on their own. That can cause confusion.

200 - Cvent is used daily by most individuals in our company and by our clients. It is a frequented app and one of the most important tools. It's used for a variety of things - Attendee Management, Attendee Experience, Event Management, Accounting.

Cvent is used in many ways in our organization.
20 - Cvent is an easy tool to use. It is very user-friendly. There are a ton of options available, which can be a little hard to understand as there are just so many things you can do. Overall, it is easy to use from a builder of Cvent products to the end-user.

Cvent Event Management Reliability

We use Cvent for many different clients and events. It's very easy to customize the experience for the event that you need.
Cvent does go down pretty frequently. And while it often doesn't impact day to day use usually, if it does go down at the wrong time, you may not be able to access very important event information when you need it. Usually outages do not last very long, but it could still be a very bad situation if this happens at the wrong moment.
Things usually work well. There are sometimes glitches and errors that arise that make things inconvenient for planners and users.
